This is the Sacred RED ROSE.

Each year he sent her roses,
And the note would always say,
I love you even more this year,
Than last year on this day.
My love for you will always grow,
With every passing year.’
 
She knew this was the last time
That the roses would appear.
She thought, he ordered roses
In advance before this day.
Her loving husband did not know,
That he would pass away.
 
 
 
He always liked to do things early,
Way before the time.
Then, if he got too busy,

Do you watch Coronation Street?

coranation st  Coronation Street is  the longest running and most successful British soap opera, it was first transmitted on ITV on Friday 9 December 1960.
My husband and I watch it together every night at 7:00.
He has watched it for over 30 years. I have only watched it for about 15. Once again the plot has thickened. Can’t wait to watch it tonight.
 
Rosie is missing and so is the Lottery Winnings, But Janice and Leeann stole it and cashed the ticket and put it into a bank account with Rosie Webster name on it. But the problem is Rosie is missing, last to have seen her was Tony. In the hotel room where after a lunch, Miss Slut Rosie offered herself to him. She is such a silly girl.
 
Then I really think that Tony is going to harm Leeum they are on their way into some type of cave.   So much going on. I can hardly wait till 7.
 
I am in the US, I think that we are about 6 months behind of what is being aired in the UK. But I’ll catch up to them. It will just take me a bit longer to get to where they are in the plot line.
 
Looking forward to what happens with all involved.

I am an autumn. Should have guessed that..red hair and freckles is a pretty big clue. When you know what color you should be wearing it sure makes clothes shopping easier. Also you don’t have to have a whole drawer full of makeup that makes you look like a clown. All of that is eliminated when you know what colors you should be wearing.
Your able to go right to the clothes rack and sift through the clothes that are not the right color for you. I would never buy white.. EVER. Not my color. I would never wear a blue/red…. not my color. I need an orange red. WHO KNEW!!
 
I am sure in the past you would hear people say, “that color sure does look nice on you.” I am sure it was YOUR COLOR, that is why it looked so nice on you. Wouldn’t it be great to know what you should be wearing when you have colors on that accent YOU, You can not help but feel better.

I know… beer is not really a gals drink but I like it. I like Miller Light but that is just me. You really have to acquire a taste for beer. I don’t think that just happens. Many people make their own beer. They like to experiment with different recipes. Many Micro Breweries have been popping up and you see many more regional beer. Some bars and restaurants carry hundreds of variety’s of beers from all over the world.
 
My neighbors make wine. They enjoy everything about the whole process. The making, the bottling and of course the tasting and the actual end result of drinking of their homemade wine.
 
I have put together a series about beer making as well as bit about wine making too. I hope you enjoy it and can get some new ideas for a new hobby.

Farm Town on Facebook

farmtown  I say it all the time, “there are not enough hours in the day.” “I can’t get anything done”. “I have NO TIME!!!!!” “My day is full, where does the time go.” “I have a list a mile long.”
So when my friend Karen who is as busy if not busier than I am showed me her farm I couldn’t imagine when she would have the time to play on this farm. But really I was thinking WHY???? would you want to play on this farm. Why would you want to add something as silly as a computer game to your long to do list. To me it just didn’t make sense. That was until I got my own plot of ground in Farm Town.
 
Farm Town is an interactive game that your able to play if you have a Facebook account. When you signup your given a plot of ground that your able to work the land to make money to buy things like a home, a barn, animals. Things that everyone wants. The difference is you have to work to get these things. There are no credit cards to get “things” either.
 
Sounding silly to you? Well that was my initial reaction when Karen gave me a tour of her farm in Farm Town. Now we are neighbors and she is showing me the ropes.
 
The game is designed so that your able to progress to different levels not only with money but also by helping other people. I just started 3 days ago and I am already on level 9. At the moment my fields are all planted with sunflowers,tomatoes and rice. I have it planned so that at about 11am Saturday morning I will hire someone to HARVEST my entire field. Then I will have to figure out what will be the best to my advantage to plant for me with the money I have available.
I am being greedy at this stage gathering all of the money that I can for my farm that I have named, “Critter Haven Farm.” If all this sounds silly to you don’t feel bad. I thought the same things. I hate to admit it but this a very addicting game. Karen’s son and husband are both land barons just like we are. They were driving in the country and her son was looking at all of the fields that had been planted, he said, “I wonder why they planted what they did, and I wonder how much they paid for their seed? and I wonder how much money they will get for their crops when it is time for them to go to market?” Now you can’t tell me he isn’t learning something, and making him THINK too.

This game teaches work ethics, if you don’t get your crops out you will lose them… Finish what you start…timing is important. Not getting your crops out means wasted money. I have my eye on the mansion but it will be awhile before I can get that. I need a shelter for my critters and I need fencing so they don’t wander off to the neighbors. But all of this takes time, planning, money and lots of work.

 I think this game could be a great teacher, about many things.

Were you SCAMMED? I Was!

 Were you SCAMMED? I was!
A few weeks ago I came across an ad for a Google Business Kit.Cost was free but shipping and handling was $2.95 for the CD. Sounded like a good idea. We all hear about people who make money with Google. So for $2.95 I would get a bit more info about how to do that. Sounded like a real bargain.

 Yesterday I got a very unusually voice mail. The guys name was Ray and heasked me to call him back about some Google charges. Well to me that really
didn’t make any sense so I admit.. I was curious. So I called Ray.

 Ray was surprised to hear that I had not been contacted by anyone before this
but he went on to refresh my memory about what I had signed up for. While on the phone with Ray I was able to pull up my credit card statement and sure enough there was the charge for $2.95. Ray said, “do you not see another for $69.90?” Right there in front of me was a charge for $69.90.
 
Evidently you sign up for this Google Business Kit and if you do not cancel
within 7 days you are charged $69.90  MONTHLY. I have found a very lengthy
post about this and I see that I was not the only one who has been taken.

Now back to Ray and his phone call to me. Ray did have a reason to call and I thanked him very much. He alerted me to the fact I had been scammed. But Ray also had a legitimate business opportunity to tell me about, if I was interested.

 Now come on… I had to hear about it after all he really did help me. After hearing about what it was Ray was doing  I told him that it really didn’t sound like something that I would want to get into. Ray thanked me for the opportunity to tell me about it and to make sure that I called and cancelled that $69.90 charge. He asked me to keep his number in case I changed my mind about what he was offering.
 
I know what your thinking….. how did Ray know??????
Well that is the KICKER!
This scam company goes one step further. It now sells your information.
Who besides Ray has your information? What ever company Ray works for calls all of the people who are from that Scammed List…. People Just Like Me.
Calls them to alert them and then offers them an alternative. Is that Brilliant Marketing or what?

There are some that say buyer beware. I am just trying to give all a heads up for what seems to be a very nice offer. In fact it is a STEAL!
