Beggars at the Market Place

beggar 1   If your farming on Farm Town I am sure you have been to the market place looking to hire or looking for some work yourself. Don’t you just hate beggars?  I never hire beggars, EVER! I have gone to several different markets. I have even left for hours and then went back again because that would be all that was there… BEGGARS. and I never hire Beggars, EVER!

People do not know why you have popped into the market. Maybe you are just there to sell your harvest. I always say something like…
“Good Morning Everybody.” I hire the first person that responds back to “M, meaning that they address “ME”. Such as, “Hi Cindy”
Now I ask you? HHCTB?

Many times I will carry on a conversation with myself. “Doing good Cindy, how about you?” if no one still says anything to me  I will continue.
“Oh, I am doing great, thanks for asking.”  Still nothing…. I will say, ” Sure is a busy place this morning.”    “Yes Cindy, it sure is busy today.”

All of my pleasantries going on in the middle of “Hire me”, “I need work,” “kids need to eat,” “pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzze”
We are talking SICKENING. I just hate the Beggars at the market. I never hire BEGGARS, EVER!

When you go for a job interview I would think you would be polite and friendly. I can not imagine why this would be any different. I never beg and I always get hired, ALWAYS!

When I get put into the field I always write in the chat box, “Thanks for the work.” Many times I will also leave a note saying once again the 2 words my mother taught me… “Thank You.” Manners where are the manners at the market place?

I just don’t get it. There is NO NEED to BEG. There certainly is less stress with how I do it and of course much more dignity.

I hope a Beggar reads this and at least gives my way a try. It is just so much easier. But they probably wouldn’t even realize I was referring to them as being Beggars.
