I really hate to be the one to tell you, but Christmas is just around the corner. I know it just seems like yesterday that you finally packed the remainder of the holiday decorations away from last year.
 
I wanted to tell you about a project I am working on for my holiday gift list. I got the idea because I recently received the most beautiful gift basket filled with assorted natural homemade bath and body products. This basket was full of bath soaps, teas, bubbles and bombs,salts and scrubs. It had potpourri and assorted lip balms. It was not only colorful but with all of the different aromas, the smell was like a flower garden. I couldn’t wait to dig in and see what all was packed inside.
 
If your like me, there is no time to take out of your day to go to a Spa and be pampered. This is a Spa in a basket that I am able to enjoy when ever I want. There is no need to get in the car and travel. My “Spa” is as close as my cupboard. What a wonderful and thoughtful gift.
 
Of course I had to show off my basket of natural homemade bath and body products. Everyone I showed it to had their own ideas.
 
~ My neighbor is going to have a sleep over party for her “Tweenage” daughter. The little ladies will be able to sample and make up their own products.
 
~Another is going to get together with her church group and create assorted baskets and sell them for a fundraiser. Just in time for Christmas.
 
~And yet another friend is making a variety of items to sell at Holiday Craft Shows.

~Myself, I am looking forward to making items for myself and sharing with family and friends.
